Pixie Designs is taking a break whilst I concentrate on other projects, including my new clothing brand Isolation Generation Clothing.

Naturally any outstanding PD projects will be completed & handed over, but for now I won't be taking on any new projects until Summer 2022.

So some of you may already be aware but alongside Pixie Designs I've been working on a new clothing brand.

Isolation Generation clothing has been in the making for over a year & came about whilst trying to come to terms with my own personal loss during the very first weeks of the pandemic.
I've shared my story on the website if you'd like to hear more.

On a lighter note I wanted to share my own branding hiccup!

I created a website for Isolation Generation® & in the rush to go live I settled on a design, a design I convinced myself would be good enough.
I then rememberd the advice I've given to nearly every client
"if you don't love your brand how can you expect anyone else to?".
You need a sense of pride as well as passion for your brand, I had passion but was not proud of the site I had created.

So armed with MUCH coffee I've spent approximately 28 out of the last 36 hours getting my site to a level that I am proud of!

Please don't settle. Believe in yourself AND your brand!

B A C K ∙ T O ∙ S C H O O L

Perfect, just in time for the mini heatwave!

I gifted this rebrand to my daughters school during its 50th year celebrations a few years ago - which sadly means I don't have the original to show you to compare.

However I can tell your the Crane had been an integral part of the school branding for many years so there was no question, it had to remain.

I simplified the design & updated the fonts but kept the school colours of deep red & blue, with just a touch of grey to soften the overall form.

I love the fact that long after my daughter has left Cranham Primary my logo will remain, maybe even for another 50 years!

Brand refresh!

The Planet Peacock brief was to give their existing logo branding a refresh - here you can see the final result along with original branding template I worked from in the comments below.

New placement, new fonts & a beautiful gold gradient for a luxe feel, in keeping with the brand.
