Join me at ATOMIC LAND!

I’m genuinely excited to be able to (finally) announce that I’m hosting a workshop at Atomicon - the UK’s biggest event for small business owners.

The hosts Andrew & Pete () have booked a HUGE venue for the ‘fringe day’ events (the day before the conference), and rebranded it as ‘Atomic Land’!

I’m opening the show with my workshop titled ‘The LinkedIn Relationship-to-Revenue Blueprint’.

It’s a 90-minute practical, hands-on workshop in which I’ll walk you through my proven framework - with which I have led literally thousands of business owners to success - giving you a clear and consistent process for moving through visibility to revenue; building trusted and strategic relationships along the way.

Places are only £49 per person (or free to members of Andrew & Pete’s Rebels or Mavericks programmes), open to all Atomicon attendees.

I’m in the ‘Top 100 Marketers To Watch’ list for a second time.

And I’m amongst illustrious company.

The 2026 list is full of top voices, agency leaders, trailblazers and specialists - and most of them are not your ‘usual suspects’.

I never really believed in a ‘word of the year’.

I thought it was all ‘woo’ and not something for me.

But then I joined the business coaching membership The Cole Collective, led by Mike and Liz Cole, where it came up as part of the planning processes.

In 2023, I chose ‘Amplify’ - and what a year I had that year - getting on big stages, attracting big clients, and hosting big events.

I chose ‘Focus’ in 2024 (to stop being the guy that turned up everywhere) and ‘Embrace’ in 2025 (to focus on community and a closer circle).

I’ve always put the words around my workstation and they’ve been a constant reminder of where I’m headed. Maybe there’s an element of the placebo effect, but I feel they’ve worked for me.

For 2026, my WOTY is Evolution. The image below explains what it means to me, and how it’ll set the tone for my year to come.

Coupled with the Chinese zodiac, 2025 was the year of the snake, linked to shedding negativity - and 2026 is the year of the horse, representing momentum.

I won’t do the whole ‘new year new me’ stuff, but 2026 will be a much stronger year - 12 more months for me to work towards becoming that ‘overnight success’.

Past performance often informs future strategy.

As we get to the end of the year, I wanted to look back at some of the things I’ve achieved.

It’s easy to say ‘next year is my year’ and all that, but it takes a long time to become an overnight success.

2025 was a pivotal year for my business as it moved into a new era.

I got on bigger stages; worked with bigger clients; and finally launched my membership; plus I had my brand refreshed and got a brand new website.

I also retained my social media management clients; extended my contracts with local support organisations; and continued to co-host two major events (UpLift Live and LinkedIn Local Birmingham).

In 2026, I want to:
🍊 speak on more stages talking about LinkedIn, social media and digital marketing;
🍊 train more companies to use the power of LinkedIn;
🍊 get more senior leaders and executives through my 12-week Social Superstar Strategy programme; and
🍊 attract more members into The Squeeze when the doors reopen.

I’m still the UK’s number one* LinkedIn® trainer, and in the top 5% of all LinkedIn users.

But I’ve changed my headline to talk about my primary focus - my LinkedIn-focused membership.

The ‘Year in Review’ notification / email that we all got is LinkedIn’s way of tapping into the trend of annual wrap-ups, arguably started by Spotify a few years ago.

Of course, it’s weird to be surprised by what is literally a sum of your annual activity. It’d be more of a surprise if it said ‘you adopted a goat and had three spiders crawl into your nostril while you were asleep’.

Anyway, so you can compare your own numbers, here’s a document featuring all my stats for you to scroll.

Let me know if anyone is anything other than a catalyst.

Never underestimate the human love of talking about ourselves.

Spotify Wrapped has tapped into the zeitgeist.

Creating an overview of your year of Spotify - your favourite artists, top podcasts and most-listened-to songs - in a snackable, ready-to-share format is marketing genius.

And anyone who bemoans this is just annoyed that Spotify has exposed how uncool they are.

My Spotify Wrapped highlighted that I listened to Kylie Minogue quite a lot, and my listening age is 100 (thanks to my love of Noel Coward).

So, instead of sharing that, here’s something a bit more LinkedIn-related instead.

47 superstars.

That’s how many people joined The Squeeze as Founding Members.

In the interests of transparency (and partly to counteract how much BS we see about launches)…

I have 794 people in my Facebook group; 646 on my email list; and 15k+ followers across my socials (primarily made up of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads).

From talking about my forthcoming LinkedIn®️ membership for over a year, I built a waiting list of 127 people.

My goal was 30 members; my minimum ideal number was 37; and my ‘stretch goal’ was 50.

I did a soft-launch for the ‘founder members access’ exclusively to the waiting list on Orange Friday (last week).

In five days, 47 of those joined (which is a conversion rate of 37%).

We have coaches, wellness professionals, VAs, marketers, HR consultants, social media managers, SEO specialists, videographers, property experts, web developers, copywriters, AI masters, and a few LinkedIn trainers.

The doors are now closed, and these 47 superstars will get exclusive access to the membership, my LinkedIn training, accountability, and the community - together squeezing all the juice from LinkedIn to grow their businesses.

They will also be instrumental in shaping the membership, ready for when the doors re-open in the new year (March 2026). They will support me as much as I will support them.

Now the real work starts…

The Squeeze wouldn’t have happened without Victoria Lewis.

I’ve been wanting to start a LinkedIn®️-focused membership community for a loooong time.

🍊 I got people on a waiting list (in Excel).

🍊 Every time I went to an event or spoke at a conference, I told them it’s coming soon.

🍊 I spent hours looking at different systems, and realising at the final hour that they were missing key components.

🍊 I spoke to various VAs, membership experts and tech specialists - and most of them couldn’t deliver.

Then I met Viki (what her friends call her!) at Atomicon (a big event in Newcastle) and thought to myself: “I need her”.

The catalyst to book a call was when I saw that she’d helped business legends like Vicki Handley and Heather Murray with their launches.

I thought “she must be well expensive”… and I was right. But, it was actually a bargain, cost-effective, and worth every penny.

And that’s because my membership has launched and the doors are now open. Without Viki, I’d still be finding excuses, procrastinating, and telling myself that all the people on my waiting list were just humouring me (and therefore leaving money on the table).

Viki helped me to work out every aspect of the membership, such as which system to use, price points, sections, videos, emails, and everything else.

Of course, being a ‘deadline dancer’, I asked Viki if we could launch on Orange Friday, with only a week’s notice. She said “no problem at all”.

She told me exactly what I needed and how to sort it all out, and then worked hard to put it all together.
