FIVEfoot8 entered the 1st ACE Badminton Tournament. 🏸 We reached the quarterfinals but were knocked out by the eventual winners. It was a great afternoon, meeting some lovely people from some local businesses. A highlight was meeting Laura from WayfinderWoman.com (a charity supporting women to ‘find their way’ grow in confidence). To celebrate her 70th birthday she hopes to complete a 24hr dance marathon to raise £7000 for this charity. Amazing woman! 💪🏼

FIVEfoot8 have assisted Funeral Partners with advertising their national Choice Funeral Plan promotion, which offers £150 off a funeral plan up until 26th October 2025. We put together a package of press advertising that utilised larger regional titles for the generic promotion of the campaign and local papers for their brand-led ads.

The ads have been well received and look great in the papers. The larger regional press campaign had fantastic reach for each round of ads, with a circulation of 531,000 and readership of 1.6 million!

Dublin Commuters were asked to reconnect with their childhood dreams in a recent BMW Retail Careers campaign at Connolly Station, the busiest railway station in Dublin and Ireland, with nearly 40,000 commuters passing through each day. An exciting new client to FIVEfoot8, this promotion of the different career paths that BMW retail can offer, made use of the large Transvision screen at the station concourse, as well as a full takeover of all 10 D6s on the train platform.

The client was extremely happy - the ads looked very impressive and had a huge impact. It was the first time that all 10 iterations of the “Future Revolves Around You” advert were able to run at once, with the copy promoting sales, technician and advisory career pathways at BMW.

Dear friends,

It has been 10 years since my heart attack. To celebrate and give meaning to the extra time I have been given, I am taking on a personal challenge that will also raise money for a local charity - The WOLO Foundation. They help families living in Sussex through their cancer journeys by offering practical help and emotional support to make daily life just that little bit easier. 💛 1 in 2 people in the UK born after 1960 will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. FIVEfoot8 took part in a sponsored firewalk for WOLO - a local charity that provides support for families in Sussex affected by cancer. Both Tania and Del survived the hot coals, which seemed a breeze after the surprise 'warm up' exercises of walking across broken glass and snapping an arrow lodged in your neck!

We would like to thank all our supporters - those that were there on the day, as well as all those who helped us reach our fundraising target of £300.

A new client to FIVEfoot8, the Ashley Centre, Epsom, has undergone a recent refurbishment to attract new customers to this shopping destination at the heart of the town. FIVEfoot8 secured prominent advertising positions at the town’s train station, on an annual deal with JCDecaux, to promote the Ashley Centre to people visiting the town.



As part of the modernisation, the Ashley Centre has been rebranded with a new logo and website, which showcases why this it is an exciting place to visit. In addition, several units in the centre have been remodelled, offering bigger stores to attract new exciting brands, which include a 44,000ft Primark store opening at the start of 2025 and many more who will be trading before Christmas 2024.

The In-Tune Festival is a free family event in the heart of London, dedicated to holistic healing. FIVEfoot8 were involved in the promotional campaign leading up to the first event in September 2024. This included bus rears and supersides, radio, flyers, and social media platforms, to inform the community in and around Ealing about this new two-day health and wellness festival.

As the festival audience members heard personal journeys towards well-being, they were inspired, motivated, and deeply engaged, with each talk offering meaningful life enrichment. The festival was a success and hopes to become an annual fixture in the local calendar.

Leicester Grosvenor Casino relaunched with a Golden Nights event to showcase their new Sports Lounge and restaurant, as well as Leicester's first, one-of-a-kind outdoor Gaming Terrace. The event was prominently advertised in the City's local paper and online, and afterwards to highlight an ongoing promotion, Codebreaker, which offers a chance to win £2000 each week if you solve the puzzle!

Golden Nights was a huge success, with customers old and new visiting en masse. Del represented FIVEfoot8 at the event - he enjoyed the electric atmosphere and noted that the new areas were at capacity for the majority of the night! Live entertainment - Dhol drummers, Bhangra dancers, Lion Dancers and a Punjabi DJ - kept everyone entertained until the early hours.
