Despite thunder, rain and Tube strikes, we still welcomed a near full house at the .au BBQ at 🍷✨

Hosted by the brilliant , with a special guest appearance from in session one.

Across three sessions - Media, Trade & Wine Communicators - guests were treated to an unforgettable menu from jimmy’s BBQ, paired with the best of Wines of Victoria:

🥭 Peach & Stracciatella
🐟 Chalk Stream Smoked Trout
🥩 Beef Tartare
🍖 Slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder Piadina
🍍 Rum-cured Pineapple with Vanilla Gelato

(A highlight has to be the beef tartare with charred sw2 sourdough - paired with a mulline pinot noir, geelong, 2024)! We partnered with to supply authentic Victorian beef for the tartar.

Bordeaux wines hit Love Supreme this weekend 🍷🎷- and so did we!

From speed tastings with to sipping wine in the sun (and rain), good vibes, and great jazz… the Bordeaux Wine Bar was the place to be.

Music met Merlot, and the Bordeaux crew showed up with games to bring everyone together.

☀️ The sun is out and spring has sprung… this can only mean one thing: Rosé season has officially started 🌷

We were delighted to invite a selection of media to discover The Magic of Provence last Wednesday at an exclusive lunch hosted for Vins de Provence

Hosted by Ray O’Connor MW, it was an opportunity for 12 of the UK’s leading communicators to learn more about what sets Provence’s rosés apart from those produced in other regions, alongside a feast prepared by MasterChef finalist Bart Van De Lee.

Guests enjoyed delicious dishes including Cornish crab 🦀 tartlet with pickled cauliflower & poached quail egg and a show-stopping roasted rack of lamb with fennel seed & pine nut purée and a red wine & port reduction, created to perfectly accompany the rosés from Provence’s three appellations - Côtes de Provence, Coteaux Varois en Provence and Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.

☀️A wonderful afternoon that clearly demonstrated why Provence rosés wines are the best rosés in the world ✨☀️

It is very easy to get swept up in the day-to-day trials and turbulences of the working world, but every now and then you get to see something truly inspiring, and it can place a pause on the demands of your work and allow you to see the fantastic work others do for our society.

Over 50 members of the trade and media joined us and the inimitable Joe Wadsack on a journey through Victoria, as they tasted a selection chilled chardonnays, coastal Pinot Noirs, complex shirazes and world-class fortified muscats, all matched to a selection of dishes from the Barbie in true Aussie style 🇦🇺
