As a Contractor / Home Improvement company you’ve probably heard:

You need a “big online presence”.

You need a cool website.

You need to be doing SEO.

You need to flood the area with your leaflets.

You need to post 5 times a week on your social media.

And THAT is how you’ll land more jobs, get paid what you want, and start having a 6 to 7 figure home improvement company.

…I’m here to break that misconception.

Do those help?

Of course they do.

(we’ve started working with our clients to help with this kind of stuff.)

But here’s the thing…

It does not set you up for success.

Unless you define success to be waiting for everything to be perfect, likes and people telling you “great job” on your posts.

…but if you measure success by revenue, profits and predictability, then those things don’t matter straight away.

We’ve just had a client join our accelerator program that doesn’t have a website, page, logo, etc.

But we will grow his business within the next 30 days.

Keep any eye out for it.

WAIT GUYS!! … you can’t guarantee Contractors / Home Improvement companies land projects!

You’re “technically” right… we can’t.

BUT … we’re so confident in our accelerator program that we’re willing to put our money where our mouth is.

If you want to grow a decent size home improvement company and truly get out of the day to day… you need a sales process.

A sales process that is repeatable, dependable and can be handed off to other people within your business.

👨‍💻 Qualified Leads → 📆 Appointments → 💰 Sales

Don’t let your ego get in the way… if your sales process needs work, get to work.

Quick little shout out to the 2 new Contractors / Home Improvement companies that joined us last week!

The goal over the next 90 days is to get both businesses to move away from the sub-contracting route, stop competing on price & build a predictable pipeline so they can hire the right guys to help them scale their business.

The system will allow them to bring in more work whenever they need it.

The game of “growing a home improvement company” has gotten way easy...

Step 1. Put money into the machine that’s already working.

Step 2. Hire more people.

But here’s the secret...

You can’t hire good people (which we all know is tough in this industry) unless you have a predictable
system to bring in as much work as you may need...

A system where you know you can just spend a few more pounds/dollars and fill up your team's calendar if things slow down.
