She does not ask her existing customers to recommend her business to their friends, siblings, extended family members, neighbours, colleagues, forums, and so on.

This is because your existing customer already has a relationship with these people.
They already KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST your consumer, therefore they will need little or no convincing to buy from you.

✔ When an existing customer refers a new customer, you can reward them with a discount.
✔ You can also create a referral programme.
Note : The incentive you provide does not have to be expensive in order to have a great impact and generate referrals.
