I have a deal to help you reach your fitness goals …. If you book 2 classes for the week you can attend all 4 classes that week, this applies if you have booked 2 in one week with a class pass to so you can still save on your classes … all you have to do is be dedicated at reaching your goals and show up for yourself, also once a month if you would like I will be offering FaceTime/ what’s app calls to go over your progress any questions you may have that I can help you with and we will take measurements so we can log your personal progress And keep you on track this will be free of charge to help you reach your goals, if you would be interested in this please let me know and I can take your details and we can arrange a time that suits you, you are not on this journey alone, with Christmas around the corner let’s start putting the work in 💪🏼

What is Workout Accountability?
When a person is accountable, they are responsible for their actions. Fitness accountability means taking responsibility for what you eat, how often you exercise, and how far you progress towards your goals. Let’s say that you set a goal to lose weight. To hold yourself accountable, you would need to set a specific target weight rather than a general goal to lose a bit of weight.
When you are accountable, it can apply psychological motivators that help to improve your motivation levels. In fitness, consistency is key. To be consistent, you need to be accountable and motivated to show up for yourself and work out.
