Most local service businesses are not growing through referrals.

They are surviving through them.

Referrals are great, of course.

But they are unpredictable, inconsistent, and usually come from relationships you have spent years building.

That is not a proper growth system.

That's your reputation doing its best to carry the load.

If you want steady growth, you need more than word of mouth.

You need to be visible when people are actually searching.
