So true for those trying to win business.

Learn from the best and go in prepared.

➡ Practice your delivery.
➡ Practice for potential objections.
➡ Practice your close.
🎯 Then practice some more.

Are you doing enough business development?

Probably not right?

As business owners we should be allocating (roughly) 90 minutes a day. Great if you have a full time BDR, most small enterprises don’t.

Focusing on winning business is a challenge and making that time as effective and efficient as possible is extremely important.

But, if you’re not an expert and you don’t know how to generate leads, prospect, use LinkedIn, set up an email campaign, then don’t do it!

Stick to what your super power is as a business owner and leverage the skills of others. The cost of inaction could be critical.
