🎥📸 We had a awesome day supporting & capturing Cop Carnival's May Day Fair. It was an amazing community event & congratulations to the whole Cop Carnival team!

Held for the first time since 2018, it was a day full of village charm, fun & nostalgia! Here's some BTS, video edit coming soon... 🎸🎡

With just a few days to go we thought we’d make sure you all know what’s on offer at the May Day Fair on Monday! Low Green will be a hive of activity for the day and we can’t wait to see you all there…

What’s in store:

✅ Tea and refreshment in St Giles ☕️🫖
✅ Pie and peas in the Royal Oak 🥧
✅FREE Train rides from York Model engineers 🚂
✅ Zorbs - in the Kids zone
✅ Inflatable slide - in the Kids zone 🛝
✅ Small bouncy castle - in the Kids zone
✅ Tea Cups Ride - in the Kids zone
✅ Stryker Prize Van - in the Kids zone
✅ 20 community run stalls
✅ 5 hours of entertainment on the stage🎤🎸
✅ Picnic on the green
✅ Morris Dancers
✅ Maypole dancing - around the BRAND NEW Village Maypole!!
✅ Food options including Cop’ Dogs 🌭

Plus helpful volunteers & good old community spirit by the bucket load 😀😀
