🚀 New Project Launch: UKGRS Client Portal Redesign

We’re excited to share a project we’ve been working on recently, a complete redesign of the UKGRS Client Portal.

The goal?

To give UKGRS clients a beautifully designed, intuitive platform that makes day-to-day management effortless.

Here’s what the new portal now empowers users to do:

✨ Book & manage upcoming courses with a clean, simple interface

🗂️ Organise key documents like vehicle insurance, MOT certificates, periodic checks

📁 Store & track driver certificates, training reports, and licence records

⏰ Receive automated reminders for renewals and expiring documents

⚡ Instant access anywhere, perfect for insurers, auditors, and on-site inspections

The platform will roll out in beta this January, where we’ll be closely supporting UKGRS and gathering real client feedback to further refine and enhance the UI/UX.

Really proud of this one, and excited to see the impact it will have for their clients.
