What $100,000 buys in Tbilisi
We analyzed apartment sale listings in Tbilisi. We looked at the price for one square meter in each neighbourhood and then calculated how much space $100,000 can buy in that area.
In Vake, $100,000 buys about 39 square meters. In Varketili, the same amount buys about 80 square meters. The difference is about two times.
We used asking prices from ss.ge listings and removed duplicates, so one property is counted only once. This analysis includes almost 40,000 properties.
