An old video of the lady known as Lopez, who recently accused Vincent Ekow Assafuah of ignoring her after taking her on a date, has resurfaced online.

In the street interview, Lopez said any man who wants to date her must be ready to give her 5,000ghc every week.

She also added that she could never date a man who earns 1,000ghc a month.

The video has sparked reactions on social media, with many people saying that with such expectations, it’ll be difficult for someone to take the relationship seriously after just one date with her as in the case of Old Tafo MP.

It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of four brave U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers who were supporting Operation Epic Fury.

On March 1st, an unmanned aircraft system attack at the Port of Shuaiba in Kuwait claimed their lives as they carried out their mission with courage and dedication.

Today, we honor their names with reverence:

❌Sgt. 1st Class Nicole Amor
❌Sgt. 1st Class Noah Tietjens
❌Sgt. Declan Coady

“These Heroes served fearlessly and selflessly in defense of our nation. Their sacrifice—and the sacrifices of their families—will never be forgotten,” said Robert Harter, Chief of the U.S. Army Reserve.

Ghana’s National Chief Imam, Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, has reacted with deep sadness to the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, whose assassination he described as a painful moment for Muslims around the world.

In his message, the Chief Imam praised the late leader as a devoted servant of his nation and of Allah — a man who showed how faith and leadership can work together for peace, order, and development. He also called him a symbol of hope for oppressed people everywhere.

The Chief Imam strongly condemned the reported US–Israeli actions that led to Khamenei’s death during the holy month of Ramadan, calling it a violation of dignity, sovereignty, and the sanctity of the season.

He extended condolences to the people and Government of Iran, while expressing sorrow for all innocent lives lost, regardless of nationality or faith.

His final call was clear:
It is time to end hostilities, lower tensions, and embrace peace-building over confl!ct..

Two days ago, five arm€d men stopped travelers on the road between Gbal and Nyantie in Sissala West, Upper West Region, and robb£d them of four motorbikes, cash, and phones.

The local police in Zini conducted a foot patrol and successfully recovered one of the stol£n motorbikes and a mobile phone about 200 meters from the attâck scene, near Sangbaka village, between Gbal and Sangbaka.

A military aircraft touched down at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in the early hours of February 26, 2026, to airlift Sandra to the 37 Military Hospital for urgent, advanced medical care.

Doctors at KATH, after reviewing her condition, recommended she be moved to a better-equipped facility to give her the best chance at recovery.

Sandra Baafi Boateng — a trained nutritionist and nurse — has always dreamed of serving her nation in uniform.

Her deep passion for the military pushed her to join last year’s recruitment exercise, a journey that has now taken an unexpected turn.

We pray she receives the care she needs and returns stronger than ever.
