Are you a skilled and creative video editor who can transform scripts and voice-overs into professional, engaging videos?
We are looking for a reliable Video Editor and Content Assistant to support the production and management of content for two growing digital media brands.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✅ Editing professional YouTube videos from provided scripts and voice-overs
✅ Creating short videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
✅ Designing attractive thumbnails and promotional graphics
✅ Uploading and optimizing content on YouTube and Facebook
✅ Preparing titles, descriptions, captions and hashtags
✅ Helping monitor content performance and audience engagement
📌 IMPORTANT: Video-editing ability is the main requirement.

About 3 weeks ago, someone called to ask about our digital marketing training program.

During the conversation, he kept saying:

“ChatGPT recommended you, so I trust you.”

He said it several times, so I asked him:

“How exactly did ChatGPT recommend us to you?”

He explained that he searched for practical digital marketing training institutions in Ghana/Accra, and our company showed up as number 1 among others.

A few days later, another person also called and said AI recommended us to him.

This time, he mentioned that he found us through Google Gemini.

In total, we received about 60 applications for the program, and about 6 people specifically mentioned that AI recommended us to them.

I asked two of them to send me screenshots of what they searched and what they saw before contacting us.

One was from ChatGPT.
The other was from Gemini.

That was when I realized something very important:

Our website has been working for us quietly.
The content we have published online is helping people discover us.
Our services, data, portfolio, training programs, and business information are available online.
So when people search on Google or ask AI tools, our business has a better chance of being found.

This made me ask myself:
