Doing this wrong, you’re not alone
We worked for DaySpring Montessori School, a 15+-year-old business.
Despite investing in infrastructure and trying to become relevant to students and parents, their consumers weren’t connecting with their offerings and their vision.
We led branch strategy workshops and facilitated a reconciliation of the school’s mission with its original purpose.
This involved branding consultants responsible for implementing ideas across various stakeholders, including the board.
We consolidated these ideas and created a strong brand identity for the students, preparing them for testing and attracting the right parents and students.
We loved the team at Dayspring and wish them nothing but the best now that they’re levelling up 💙
