HAPPY AFRICA DAY TO THE WORLD'S LARGEST CONTINENT! Three top facts to be grateful for:

1⃣ The Powerhouse of Global Green Tech and Luxury

Africa houses about 30% of the world’s entire remaining mineral reserves.

🔸Tech & Energy: The Democratic Republic of Congo holds over 70% of the world’s cobalt, a critical component for electric vehicle batteries and smartphones.

🔸Precious Metals: South Africa and Zimbabwe possess the largest global deposits of platinum, essential for clean energy technology.

🔸The Essentials: The continent produces roughly 60% of the world's manganese and holds massive shares of global bauxite, gold, and diamonds.

2⃣ The World’s Youngest and Fastest-Growing Population

Over 60% of Africa's population is under the age of 25, making it the youngest continent on Earth.

🔸By 2050, one in every four people on the planet will be African. This massive, tech-savvy demographic shift is rapidly transforming global consumer markets, digital entertainment, and workforce dynamics.

3⃣ Ghana🇬🇭 Leading the Charge into Digital Sovereignty

Beyond its fame as a premier producer of cocoa and gold, Ghana has become a powerhouse of digital asset adoption.

🔸Nearly one in five adult Ghanaians (roughly 3 million people) actively engage with digital assets.

🔸Far from just an informal trend, this culminated in a historic shift when Ghana officially passed the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, legalizing digital asset trading and establishing a comprehensive regulatory framework under the Bank of Ghana and the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana.

Today is a beautiful day to thank our Creator and reflect: Africa has entered a new era of digital assets to secure true economic and monetary sovereignty on the continent. So what's next?

📢Anticipate the Digital Assets Summit Africa (DASA 2026) come September, as we'll discuss institutional frameworks, grassroots inclusion and more, shaping an African society that can enjoy asset-backed freedom!

In some spaces, women-related matters are often treated as side issues. Not so at the incredibly well-organized 3i Africa Summit where the panel discussion on "Leading Africa's Next Frontier with " was strategically positioned to kickstart the closing ceremony of this grand gathering.

In the Main Hall.

On the Main Plenary stage.

In front of all the dignitaries.

To Ghana's Minister for Foreign Affairs Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, to the Governor of the Bank of Ghana Dr Johnson Pandit Asiama, to the Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection Hon. Naa Momo Lartey, 𝐏𝐡𝐃, to Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) CEO Maha El Dimachki, to Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems Limited CEO Clara Arthur, and to all the other central bank governors, investors, and CEOs in the room during the conversation:

Thank you, merci, medaase, shukran, asante sana for honoring this panel with your meaningful presence and the attention you gave it throughout our 31 minutes of talk.

🔸 Speakers Ethel Cofie and Soronko Academy's Regina Honu underlined the importance of building the architecture for wisely with design.

🔸 Otema Yirenkyi showcased how and are being reclaimed to ensure no one is left behind: women, differently-abled persons, and truly anyone.

🔸 And Hazvi Chimbetete reminded us that the to fund this next frontier exists within our own : if we are intentional about crafting diaspora-tailored , we can channel just a fraction of the 100 billion USD in annual diaspora-to-Africa remittances and make a HUGE leap.

As the Country Lead for Ghana at women-led & Sabre Awards-winning Public Relations firm, African Media Agency, it was my absolute honour to moderate this "Women in Tech" panel session with four forward-thinking experts in their field.

And we did it in 40 mins.

Even far less (31 mins and 46 seconds, actually).

Yet, so much was articulately established.

Ladies and gentlemen, we've got work to do TOGETHER! With God's wisdom, love, and strength, I have full faith that we can make it work.

"CURATED" is the keyword. Kudos to Christabel Steel-Dadzie for putting together Ahaspora 15 years ago! It set a certain standard that I had not witnessed before leaving Ghana in 2015. And for me in particular, it's been:

10 years since I left Canada.

10 years since I got to know about this Ghana-based global community through Esthy Asante.

10 years since I keep plugging in other professionals (serious and helpful ones only!) for Ahaspora to expand and continue making an impact.

Here's to the next 10, God willing, with innovative transformation and amplified results!

When Eloïne Barry and Linda Weaver appointed me as Strategic Communications Advisor and Country Lead for Ghana at women-led bilingual PR firm, African Media Agency, I knew I wasn't just joining a visionary team. I was being mandated to help amplify Africa’s most transformative stories at such a pivotal era for our continent.

At AMA, we don’t just talk about the future; we strategically craft it. Just as we've been empowering the next generation of storytellers through our mentoring branch, AMA Academy, our mission continues to bridge the gap between innovation and impact.

This week, that mission yet again takes me to the main stage.

I am absolutely delighted to announce that I will be moderating a Main Plenary session at the 3i Africa Summit in Accra, Ghana where 3,000 industry leaders from 60+ countries worldwide will converge to discuss the 3 'i's: Fintech innovation, investment, and impact.

I’ll be sharing the stage at the Destiny Arena with a powerhouse group of women to tackle a pivotal topic: "Leading Africa’s Next Frontier with Women in Tech."

We will do much more than just scratch the surface. I am fully ready to dive deep with our renowned panelists, Ethel Cofie, Hazvi Chimutanda, Otema Yirenkyi, and Regina Honu, as they break down three main angles:

- Architecture Building: Designing the inclusive frameworks that will serve as Africa's digital backbone.

- Pipeline Investment: Solving the capital access gap and scaling the influence of female founders.

- Future Integration: Forming the path toward a unified, cross-border digital and financial ecosystem.

The room at the 2026 is set to be full of change-makers as the overarching theme of the event, hosted by His Excellency the President of Ghana John Dramani Mahama, establishes “The Next Frontier: Shaping Africa’s Integrated FinTech Future”.

And we all know that a "Next Frontier" doesn't build itself. Our panel session on Friday, May 8th, is a conversation destined to precede ACTION as we take a cue from the Word that "Faith without action is dead."

Alongside this powerful speaker quartet and by the grace of God, we will ensure that the insights shared on the main stage come to fruition as policy, capital, and progress.

Accra is ready. The world is watching. The frontier is here. Let’s lead it! 🇬🇭🌍

By this time a fortnight ago, Samsung was unveiling its first ever AI-powered Galaxy devices, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series in Abidjan.

It was my honor to land this for African Media Agency, developing the for Tier-1 coverage, and providing remotely.

Check the keyword: " ".

I am privileged to work with an amazingly reliable Abidjan-based team. My colleague Roland provided fantastic on-the-ground support, ensuring we got Tier-1 media coverage as requested by Samsung and promised by us at AMA.

The key to achieving that? Localized insights and expertise to turn an ultra commercial into angles for the Client's satisfaction.

A week on since the first ever Africa Trade Summit... One thing that stood out is how FULL the final breakout room was. Let me emphasize:

The final breakout room.

On the final day of a two-day event.

5 hours after lunch.

Full with delegates (NB: Delegates did not have access to the closing ceremony and dinner, which was reserved for VIPs).

So why was the room still full?

Here's the thing:

Having moderated and emceed multiple high-level events in Accra as a bilingual (French/English) emcee & moderator, I can tell you for a fact that the main attraction for common Ghanaian and English-speaking delegates is the food.

Rooms would be full in the morning. At lunch time, queues would choke the corridors as delegates, already teased with coffee break treats a couple of hours before, would make their way to the eating areas to fulfill their free lunch buffet dreams.

After packing their plates with rice, meat, grilled fish, and all sorts of delicacies, and filling their bellies, the event venue's vibe would "mysteriously" empty itself.

About 50% to 70% of delegates would be gone, leaving afternoon session speakers and moderators to discuss important topics in front of virtually empty rooms.

A sad sight, really.

But the was different. Strikingly different. Especially at this "High-Level Thematic Roundtable V" which focused on SMEs, Youth, Women & Industrial Innovation Systems.

Do you get where I'm coming from? And do you see where this is going?

There is a new wave: hungrier stakeholders who want to share their grievances, question experts, suggest solutions to push for policies. These delegates who are SME founders, job-hunting graduates, or innovators seeking capital, want to become the beneficiaries of systems that actually WORK.

The fire in their belly cannot be quenched by a lunch buffet voucher.

Something shifted at the . The time is ripe!

And just like that, the first Monday of January 2026 is upon us. I'm back. We're back!

I look forward to serving all the clients that God has already vetted and ordained to work with us in 2026. Here to serve, to grow, and to shine according to God's plan and will for AMA in 2026.

And before obsession or burn-out gets the better of anyone, Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us:

"But remember the LORD your God, for it is HE who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms HIS covenant, which HE swore to your ancestors, as it is today."

Amen. #2026
