Job Title: Electrical Engineer, Laundry Supervisor, and General Manager
A. Lanaf Enterprise, a leading company based in Tamale, is seeking highly qualified professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Electrical Engineer
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Experience with electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid professional certification and other related Certifications (e.g., Ghana Institution of Engineers)
2. Laundry Supervisor
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Hospitality, Business Administration, Textile Science)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laundry or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and oversee daily operations
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and operations
- Experience with inventory management and quality control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certification in management or a related field is a plus
3. General Manager
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and make strategic decisions
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Institute of Management, Ghana)
