New podcast interview with my soul sister Kari Ether Wellness | Women's Health & Fitness Studio . This was so much fun to record because I’ve watched Kari build this amazing business from initial idea, 2+ years ago, to reality- a beautiful women’s wellness & community space in downtown Madison.
I first met Kari as a client- she was stressed out working several unfulfilling jobs, and knew she was meant for more. I asked her to visualize her dream business, and she imagined (and wrote about) a space for women that supported them holistically on their wellness & fitness journey.
Amazingly, just 6 months later, she was signing the lease on a space that felt exactly like what she had imagined! Ether is a magical space that locals can rent for events, classes and gatherings. It’s where Kari & I co-host the best women’s “networking” group in town, Gather & Grow (last Friday of every month). And it’s where you can work with Kari in a variety of ways: strength training, yoga, wellness coaching, and more.
Now after 2 years, we took a moment to reflect on her journey and the real ups and downs of owning a brick-and-mortar wellness business. For anyone who dreams of creating a space like this, I highly encourage you to listen to this episode!
