本公司近日發現，有人於社交平台LinkedIn冒充本公司職員身份設立
帳戶，並可能以本公司名義進行聯絡或商業活動。
本公司特此鄭重聲明：
1. 該LinkedIn帳戶 (Kelvin Wong) 並非由本公司授權、設立或管理。
2. 有關人士並非本公司員工、代表或任何形式之授權代理人。
3. 該帳戶所發佈之任何言論、聲明、邀請或承諾，均與本公司無關，本公司亦不承擔任何責任。
本公司對任何未經授權使用本公司名稱、商標、品牌或員工身份之行為予以強烈譴責。相關行為可能涉及身份冒充、詐騙或其他刑事罪行。本公司已就事件展開調查，並保留一切法律權利，包括但不限於向有關平台舉報及採取法律行動。

We have recently discovered that an individual has impersonated an employee of our Company on the social media platform LinkedIn.
We hereby solemnly clarify that:
1. The relevant account (Kelvin Wong) was not authorized, issued, or endorsed by our Company.
2. The individual concerned is not an employee, representative, or authorized agent of our Company in any capacity.
3. Our Company has no connection with and assumes no responsibility for any content, representation, or undertaking made through such account(s).
We strongly condemn any act of impersonation using our Company’s name, brand, or employee identity. Such conduct may constitute identity fraud or other unlawful acts. We reserve all legal rights and will take all necessary actions, including but not limited to reporting the matter to the police and pursuing legal remedies.
