The board of directors of the CETPA, Incorporated has the honor
to request support from your institution. In the regard, we are submitting a list of Product outlining
the company’s objectives. The main objective of the company is to have a general food
merchandises store to do import/export between the United States especially Florida,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania
Canada, Dominican Republic, and Haiti. The business is already established in Haiti, and its main
products are coffee and mangoes, Black Castor, Fruit, and Vegetable, among others.
The company would like to request technical, logistical, and financial support. We would like to
collaborate with other institutions that are interested in marketing agricultural products.
Your support at any level will be greatly appreciated and will be creating a commercial partnership
between the two companies.

Biographical Profile – Louis Estiverne
Louis Estiverne is a distinguished Haitian entrepreneur, agricultural professional, and former legislator, currently residing in Mirebalais, Central Plateau, Haiti. At 70 years of age, Mr. Estiverne brings over five decades of experience in agriculture and agribusiness, having dedicated his career to advancing rural development and economic opportunity across the Plateau region.
Mr. Estiverne has been a key figure in agricultural speculation and trade since the early years of his professional life, establishing a strong reputation for integrity and leadership. In recognition of his achievements in agribusiness, he was awarded the prestigious title of Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013 for the Central Department in the agro-food sector.
His leadership extends beyond commerce. Mr. Estiverne served as the Coordinator of the Agricultural Workers' Union of Savanette and played a vital role in a conflict resolution initiative supported by the University of Florida and the Cultural Affairs Division of the United States Embassy in Haiti. He also partnered with the Canadian Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) to manage a credit program aimed at empowering informal sector merchants.
Mr. Estiverne has maintained long-standing relationships with the Haitian banking sector through responsible financial transactions, including loans and credit guarantees. His strict adherence to regulatory standards has earned him credibility and trust within the financial community.
In public service, Mr. Estiverne was elected as a Member of Parliament during Haiti’s 46th Legislature. During his term, he held significant roles, including President of the Human Rights Committee and Vice President of the Committee on Women’s Affairs and Gender Rights.
He is currently focused on strengthening an industrial and commercial enterprise classified within the agro-industrial sector. The enterprise operates as a small to medium-sized business, contributing to both local employment and economic sustainability in the region.
