1. Take a break from the news

2. Take care of your body
Maintain a healthy lifestyle while you’re at home. Eat healthy foods, sleep well, and don’t forget to exercise.
3. Keep contact with others
Isolating can put a lot of stress. Talk to your family or friends. Video calls with people you trust can help in times of crisis.
4. Seek help if necessary
It’s okay to be overwhelmed. But coping with ci******es, alcohol, or even drugs can be bad. Contact professionals to help you deal with emotions.
