It’s the end of an era for and I as we conclude our partnership as artistic directors with The American Company of Irish Dance but holy moly are we excited for what the future may hold.
It’s been a ride these past 10yrs to say the least and a heartfelt thank you to AMCO for the creative space provided but “we have promises to keep and miles to go before we sleep and miles to go before we sleep..”

Today is
Until 4 months ago I knew very little about this awful infection.
Thankfully, we are some of the lucky few, unbelievably lucky few, to still have dad with us after what he’s endured.
Sepsis is silent and deadly and so, so fast acting.
My dad went from being a very fit, strong man to dying in the space of a day, less even.
He’s still battling, 15 weeks on from being hospitalised and on several occasions, in the harrowing whirlwind of him getting sick he’s had both feet placed firmly in deaths door.
Cellulitis which led to caused him to go into multiple organ failure and as a result of those complications contracted fungal pneumonia. How dad survived, I don’t know but we’re so grateful he’s still here and fighting on 💪
And huge thanks had to be given to the amazing ICU and HDU staff of and 🙌🙏
Dads symptoms were; low energy, pain tracking up his arm (from a simple cut), perspiration and lack of appetite.
He went to bed thinking he might have Covid. He doesn’t remember anything from the hours leading up to my mam bringing him to hospital or any of his time there until months later when he started to come round from being in an induced coma and on the asbestos of medications to try to save his organs and ultimately, save his life.
Had my mam and his GP not acted when they did dad would not be here. Another few, mere hours would have told a very different story.
*Disinfect and COVER your cuts/wounds properly until healed.
*DO NOT WAIT for things to get worse
*if in any doubt go to your GP or call an ambulance

Another year passes and it’s still such a pile of sh*te that you’re not here. Especially now.. 💔
You’ve some work to do now Shane-y, stay by dad’s side and get him through this awfulness.

It was a weekend of celebrations for this newly turned 7yr old 🥳
He’s given us the most loved, fun, fulfilled and joyous 7 years and my heart could burst everyday with the love and pride I have for him. He’s our Harry and he’s simply the best
Thanks so much to for capturing these moments for us. Can’t wait to share more from our little family shoot with her over Easter 😊

And so the award season has come to a close 🥲 I love nothing more than adoring and criticising the style choices! 😂
And it ALWAYS stands out, those who are dressed in colours that suit them.
So, from my colour analysis and image coaching chair here are ‘some’ of the best and worst dressed for the gals (in my opinion😉).
And what do you think of our own Kerry Condon in cool vs warm? 🧐
Btw, I love Kate Hudson but this cool toned dress didn’t hit the mark for her warm and vivacious colouring
Aaaaaanyway, that’s my 2cents..

My appreciation of St. Brigid and what she now represents has been hugely inspiring, healing and empowering, in particular these last few years as and I worked on creating ‘Aisling’ - the show.
And, it has to be said, especially when we saw the radiant aka “Bridey” (in these pictures) bring this goddess back to life on stage last summer 💚
Brigids strength, focus, determination, power, grace, healing and love brought us and held us all on a higher ground for that precious time.
There’s so much to be learned from her wisdom, strength and love 💐
Happy St. Brigids Day. (Too right she should have her own day 💪💚)

I hope you are all getting into the swing of 2023!
We managed 1 family pic in between coughs, colds, swollen glands etc etc 🤪
Here’s hoping this year is a peaceful and healthy one filled with love and laughter and that the pharmacy’s get properly restocked soon!!! 🤞😝
