How long does it take you to reply?

Each and every potential customer has their own expectation on how long it should take for a business to reply to their enquiry - and these expectations change based on the contact channel used 📲

It is crucial for businesses to be aware that allocating time to reply to DM’s, emails, chat bot requests, online forms and more is essential.

If you take too long to reply - the potential customer may bolt and find somewhere/someone else to work with = loss of business for you ❌

Why should businesses work with influencers or celebrities? 👀

1️⃣ To Increase Brand Awareness - Working with influencers can help increase your brand awareness as they are pushing your product / service out to their audience and followers. Most influencers will have put in time and effort to build their trust with their audience and so this is very important to note when picking an influencer to collaborate with as you want to get the most from this collaboration and you want the audience to believe when they hear your product / service is worth the purchase.

2️⃣ Content Creation - Working with influencers can sometimes mean they create their own content with your product / service. This is great because you can also use this content on your own platforms - having the influencer photo on your grid will look great to any potential collabs and also will remind any of their followers who click your page exactly what was being pushed towards them.

3️⃣ Increase and Gaining Sales - Because you are promoting your product / service to a new wide audience through your collaboration you can be sure you are going to gain some new sales. Influencer marketing is one of the most powerful methods of sales generation, especially when the collaboration features demo’s and before and after images.

Are you still trying to work your away around digital marketing? 👀

Here are four tips for you and your business on how to use digital marketing correctly 👇🏻

1️⃣ Create Interactive Content (Polls, Question Boxes, Add Yours Stickers etc)

2️⃣ Focus on SEO (When you have a website, SEO is what helps your website and business be found on Google search - most web building sites such as WIX will have a section with a checklist for you to reach the maximum SEO you can )

3️⃣ Know your Customer ( Find your target customer and find out what they like, where they are and what platforms they use most frequently - this saves time and money instead of Investing on other platforms that will not work)

4️⃣ Mobile Optimization (If your website and content is not mobile friendly and looks strange on mobile devices - your audience will ignore it and it will not stick with them and thus you will have wasted an opportunity to grab their attention)

➡️ Personal ( This means showing yourself and anyone who works in the business - this builds trust and adds character to your brand )

Are you looking for things you can do to help your business grow on social media?

Now I’m not saying you’ll grow by JUST doing this - but it definitely will get you started ✨

1- Engage regularly with your audience: this doesn’t mean like comments on your posts and reply. What I mean is have story polls and question boxes, interact with their accounts like their content, be active in your DM’s and quick to reply 💬

2- Choose a social network that is working best for you - this doesn’t mean scrap all other platforms. But in different areas platforms work better than others and so you need to have a think about 1.Where does the majority of your business come from?
2.Where are your competitors and what channel is giving them business?
3.What are local businesses in your area using?

3. Create a content calendar and stick to it. Plan in advance when you will host lives on your stories, when will you be promoting your product? Will you post everyday? This gives your account structure and if you are regularly posting your audience is always seeing your account appear 📲
