My poster design with Bewley's Café Theatre - Lunchtime Theatre for the recent production of ‘IN EXTREMIS’, a gripping imagined encounter, inspired by true events. The iconic image of Oscar Wilde is reimagined with a fusion of Art Deco and Art Nouveau elements and typography.

I HERALD, GALACTUS 🌌

My new inspired poster design for Marvel Studios new movie Fantastic Four: First Steps. The trailers, with their cool retro-future aesthetic and FANTASTIC soundtrack, fueled a lot of ideas for this piece. I drew inspiration from admired movie poster artists like Saul Bass, Matt Ferguson, and Olly Moss.

I wanted the GARGANTUAN eater of worlds, GALACTUS to consume a central portion of the poster with the F4 characters and surrounding elements like Silver Surfer and the Excelsior highlighting the monstrous scale of this threat. 🚀

I wanted to achieve a piece that was epic and bold. The genius Michael Giacchino’s incredible soundtrack, particularly “The Galactus/Silver Surfer Suite” score, really sparked many ideas for the colours and that epic cinematic feel. Hopefully, I’ve captured some of that here. 4️⃣

My poster design for the recent Bewley's Café Theatre - Lunchtime Theatre production ‘Friends in Berlin’. The extraordinary true story of William Patrick Hi**er, the son of Adolf Hi**er’s half-brother, and his Irish wife, Bridget Dowling.

The color palette, typography, and layout treatment gave this design a feeling of discovering an old book or photograph that came straight from the show’s 1930’s setting. Delighted with this one 😊

I'm very happy with how the color palette, typography, and overall layout treatment turned out on this one! 😊
