So a while back one of my followers offered to help me out with my HomeBuyerReady.ie website. I (very foolishly) sent him my Google Drive folder with absolutely EVERYTHING in it; my book. All my content. All my ideas. Years of work. He quoted me €70,000 to build it. I politely declined and built it myself.
Well now it looks like he may have stolen my ideas and all of my content and built his own. He is actively going through comments on my posts and messaging people trying to sell whatever he has built. But, do you know what he can't build? The community that I have built here.
7 years spent in my DMs helping people (for free, btw). 7 years of helpful content. 7 years of putting my neck on the line calling out horrible behaviour in the Irish property market. I've been threatened by landlords, politicians, even a multi-billion dollar investment fund. Have you any idea how scary it is being threatened by very powerful people, especially when you've a wife and two young kids at home? But I've kept going, trying to be a (very small) voice for people who are being hammered by this housing crisis.

HomeBuyer Ready is a lot more than a property report (which others are doing, by the way, it's not unique). It is a complete home buying guide based on my book, but the website allows it to be continuously updated. Think of it like a live version of the book that also includes an assistant that answers questions based on the book, calculators referenced within the book, checklists, property trackers, members only podcasts, plus loads more.
I'm really proud of it. It is great. So I'm not surprised he has tried to steal it, tbf.
