* Comfortable working at height and outdoors

Bonus if you have:
* Team leader (CTL) experience
* Utility line clearance background

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a seasoned and passionate Qualified Tree Surgeon to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of tree works, an excellent safety record, and a steadfast commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform tree pruning, removals, and other tree works safely and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain tree care equipment and machinery, including chainsaws and wood chippers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and PPE requirements during field operations.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Engage with clients professionally, ensuring their needs are met with satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the health and condition of trees and shrubs.
- Provide accurate reports and feedback on field operations to the management.
- Assist in emergency tree work, which may involve after-hours and weekend work.

Key Requirements:

- Hold all relevant NPTC Qualifications.
- Wood chipper operation ticket.
- Full Irish Driving License: Own transport is essential.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in tree services.
- An understanding of tree works, including trimming, removal, and emergency services.
- Manual Handling & Safe Pass

Personal Attributes:

- Punctual: Demonstrates consistent timeliness and reliability.
- Can-Do Attitude: An energetic, solution-oriented mindset that approaches challenges with positivity and resilience.
- Customer-Centric: A genuine dedication to providing excellent customer care and maintaining positive client relations.

Desirable:

- Arboriculture Qualification or relevant degree would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience in operating various arborist machinery and equipment beyond basic requirements.
