Every time I get away like this, it hits me how far life’s come.

Just a few years ago I was stacking shelves…
Working for £7.55 an hour.
No plan.
No clue where I was heading.
Just doing what I thought I was meant to do.

Now I get to live like this.
Not because I’m smarter.
Not because I got lucky.
But because I backed myself when it made no sense.

I didn’t have a roadmap.
I just had a decision:
That I wasn’t going to waste my 20s doing work I hated, stuck in a cycle I didn’t choose.

And building Software Brands changed my life.
Simple as that.

It gave me freedom.
It gave me purpose.
And it let me bring my family along for the ride.

Vienna’s been amazing.
Good food, Christmas markets, time to reset.

But more than anything…

It reminded me why I started all this in the first place.

To live life on my own terms.

And help other people do the same.

This time next year… I don’t just want success.

I want real, lasting impact.

I want people all across Ireland to say that building their own software brand helped change their entire life.

Because there are so many ways to make money online now…

but nothing compares to owning something that’s truly yours.

The first premium client who pays you every single month…

it shifts something inside you.

By this time next year…
I want to see software founders in my community hitting 5 and 6 figure profit months.

I want to see our first million euro software brand born.

I want to look around and see a community that believes in each other.

A family of builders. creators. dreamers. doers.

And I want to know that because of it…

I can give back to the people who believed in me from day one.

This time next year…

we’ll all look back and realise…

this was the moment everything changed.

And I’d love to bring you along on the journey.

But if you’re not scheduling rest just like you schedule work... you’re headed straight for burnout.

I used to think stress was just part of the game.

But the truth is... it’s poor planning that drains you.

Not the work.

- Structure your days.
- Schedule freedom.
- Protect your energy.
- Travel. Often.
- Make space to actually enjoy what you’re building.

You didn’t get into business to become a slave to it.
You did it for freedom. For family. For life.

So don’t forget to live it.
