En un momento crucial para la memoria histórica y la justicia identitaria, se lanza la propuesta de conferencia internacional: “Reclamando la Herencia Olvidada: La Ley del Retorno Sefardí Reina Esther y la Redención de una Identidad”, una iniciativa que plantea el reconocimiento oficial, jurídico y espiritual de los descendientes del exilio sefardí en Iberoamérica.
La conferencia es presentada por Eliyahu Eduardo A. Muñoz C. Peretz, descendiente judío sefardí en el Galut.
La propuesta de Ley lleva el nombre de su madre, Esther Edilma Castaño (Brown/Braun) Peretz bat María, en homenaje a su legado y como símbolo de una generación invisibilizada, pero profundamente arraigada en la historia judía ibérica.

For Immediate Release – Bogotá, Colombia
An international proposal on the Sephardic Return is launched: “Reina Esther Law” seeks to redeem a forgotten identity.
At a critical juncture for historical memory and identity justice, the international conference entitled “Reclaiming the Forgotten Heritage: The Sephardic Return Law Reina Esther and the Redemption of an Identity” is being launched.
This initiative calls for the official, legal, and spiritual recognition of descendants from the Sephardic exile across Ibero-America.
The conference is proposed by Eliyahu Eduardo A. Muñoz C. Peretz, a Sephardic Jewish descendant in the Galut.
The proposed Law bears the name of his mother, Esther Edilma Castaño (Brown/Braun) Peretz bat María, as a tribute to her legacy and as a symbol of an invisible generation, deeply rooted in Iberian Jewish history.
