Connecting with brilliant, driven students is one of the best parts of what we do.

We hosted six of our Nova scholarship winners at our US MMD facility for an immersive, hands-on day. They explored our cleanrooms, gained a firsthand look at semiconductor innovation, and spent lunch chatting openly with our leadership team about real-world career journeys.

Supporting these talented students from San Jose State University and SWE is an investment in the future we are all building together.

Nothing brings a team together like our annual Body Training.
Our teams in Nova China and Nova SEA gathered for a few days in Pattaya with clear ocean waters, non-stop energy, knowing this is the best crowd to share it with.
We took a yacht out to Koh Larn Island, kicked off intense beach football matches on the sand, went jet-skiing, caught a few fish, and even fit in some tennis before capping it all off with a massive team birthday feast.
As much as we can talk about the fun, unbeatable company, and proof of the strong team vibe, the photos tell it best.

Two days into SEMICON Taiwan, and the momentum at the Nova booth has been incredible.
Between non-stop floor traffic and back-to-back spontaneous conversations with customers and partners, the demand for actionable process insight is clearer than ever.

On stage, our technical sessions hit right at the heart of the industry's toughest scaling bottlenecks:

- CMP Process Control in Advanced Bonding: Avron Ger took the stage at the CMP Forum to showcase Nova's integrated metrology solutions, tackling Cu dishing, wafer edge control, and high-throughput monitoring essential for 3D integration architectures.

- Holistic Hybrid Bonding Metrology: At the Heterogeneous Integration Global Summit, Dr. Chadwick Lin highlighted our multidisciplinary approach, demonstrating how combining dimensional, material, and chemical measurement domains delivers true control across complex hybrid bonding flows.

Every time we invite families into our world, we get a backstage pass to who our people really are.

Between parents juggling babies in overgrown hats and entire tables bursting into laughter, the workday rush simply melted away.
The kids immediately claimed the space as their own, sporting Nova ink like seasoned team leads and setting the mood for the rest of us.

We love days like this that recharge the batteries and remind us why this team feels like home.

קחו מהנדסים מבריקים, תנו להם אתגר שאין לו הוראות הפעלה בספר, ותראו איך הם הופכים את העולם כדי שילד עם מוגבלות יוכל לנצח במשחק קופסה.
במסגרת פרויקטPlayAble ,פיתחנו והרכבנו משחקים מבוססי טכנולוגיה עבור ילדים עם מוגבלויות מבית הספר "אסיף" באסף הרופא.

את הפעילות יזמה והובילה ד"ר יעל קורצווייל-שגב, Physics Tech Lead בנובה, שהכירה את בית הספר במסגרת שירות לאומי שעשתה שם בעבר והיום הבת שלה ממשיכה את דרכה כבת שירות.
החיבור שלה לאורך השנים לילדים, לצרכים ולאתגרים, הביא אותה להבנה שטכנולוגיה היא הגשר שיכול לאפשר לילדים שם לשחק, ללמוד ולהוציא לפועל את הפוטנציאל שגלום בהם.
יחד עם עובדי ועובדות נובה שרתמו בהתלהבות את הכישורים הטכנולוגיים שלהם והליווי של צוות ריפוי בעיסוק מבית הספר, זה קרה.

אותה נחישות, יצירתיות ויכולת פתרון בעיות שהם מביאים איתם מדי יום לעבודה, תורגמו להנגשה טכנולוגית שהופכת אתגרים יומיים לעולם שלם של אפשרויות.
ממתקן הנדסי שמסייע לילדים להשקות את הגינה, דרך משחקי קופסה מונגשים ועד משחקי חצר חברתיים, הכל הותאם אישית כדי שכל הילדים יהיו חלק.
כשראינו את הברק בעיניים של הילדים כשהם מצליחים להשקות את הגינה או להוביל במשחק, קיבלנו את התזכורת הכי טובה שיש, למציאות שאנחנו רוצים לבנות פה.

“Joining Nova Korea together in mid-January felt like the start of a shared adventure.
Even though our backgrounds are different, one of us coming from Chemistry and Materials in China
and the other from Electronic Engineering, we found ourselves in the same role as DMD Application Engineers.

When you start your first job, you look for a place where you can speak naturally and feel comfortable.
We found that here immediately.”
“The motivation to pursue STEM was simple: I just loved my teachers in high school,”
says Sunhyeong.
“I’ve always believed that if you find a great manager or mentor, you’ll naturally want to follow their roadmap and grow with them.”
“I actually searched for Nova online and looked at the Facebook and Instagram posts before I applied,” says Jiwon.
“Seeing the employee stories helped me understand the company culture and personality.
During the interviews, the managers were so kind and made me feel so comfortable that I knew my impression from social media was right, this was the place for me.”
“That sense of leadership is exactly what we felt during our interviews.
The transition wasn’t without its hurdles.
Moving into semiconductor metrology meant diving deep into optics theory, which was a challenge coming from an electronics background.
But we quickly found out that we aren’t expected to know everything on day one.
Our seniors took the time to explain the difficult concepts, and the buddy program made sure we were socially integrated from the start.
Having a buddy meant we had someone to introduce us to others and help us get used to the company, and we still keep in touch today.

Whether it’s sharing tea and empowering each other on International Women’s Day or solving technical problems, the atmosphere here is very welcoming and open.
We are excited to see where this roadmap takes us next.”

שבוע הקייטנה של נובה הוא ממש אגדה.
חמישה ימים של כיף, אטרקציות וחברים שהילדים (וגם ההורים!) מחכים להם כל השנה.
אפילו אם אבא איציק במילואים ועושה מאות ימים בשטח, אין סיכוי שענבר לא תגיע,
וגם אבא ינצל את ההזדמנות ויקפוץ לביקור במשרדים.
