For many single parents and elderly neighbors nearby, getting fresh food on the table has become a daily worry.
Our team in Korea spent the day packing and delivering food parcels for local single parents, elderly neighbors living alone,
and families going through a tough time.
For us it was a small reminder that we are all part of a wider neighborhood, and looking out for each other is just what people do.

For the third year in a row, we were reminded why we keep coming back.
Watching more than 60 students dive into, break down, and solve a complex technical problem in just 24 hours at the Corporate Innovation Challenge of Reutlingen University.

At this year’s hackathon, our Application Lab and Engineering teams challenged students to tackle a recurring bottleneck from our daily operations.
The student team delivered an impressive AI-based video system with wearable integration and an automated emergency chain.

The result was so effective that our team is already exploring how a similar approach could further enhance safety in our own lab environment. It was 24 hours of intense collaboration that once again demonstrated the value of working on real-world challenges together.
A big thank you to the Center for Entrepreneurship for organizing and hosting this inspiring event.

Two hours of intentional quiet can completely shift the energy of a work week.
The Nova USA Women’s Forum gathered for lunch and exploring Ikebana, the Japanese art of floral design. The workshop was intentionally designed around principles of harmony and simplicity, giving everyone a rare chance to slow down, reflect with visual cards, and connect on a personal level. It was a beautiful reminder of how much value there is in simply pausing, breathing, and creating something with your hands.

“When I joined Nova, everything was new to me.
New industry, new systems, new responsibilities.
Logistics looks simple from the outside, but in reality it’s
about connecting many moving parts, people, timelines, and expectations.
Every day brings a different challenge, and I like that. It keeps my mind sharp.

Before Nova, I had never worked in this field.
At the beginning, I had to learn a lot on my own, ask questions,
and really understand how things work so I could explain them clearly to others.
That process helped me grow much faster than I expected.

Being recognized as an outstanding employee was very surprising for me.
I never planned for it, I just focus on doing my work seriously, supporting the team, and taking responsibility for what I lead.
For me, that’s not extra effort, it’s just my job.

Alongside my daily role, I started a small internal Nova China Family Club.
I organize informal activities, think of ideas that bring colleagues together,
and encourage people to step away from work conversations for a moment.
I’m especially excited about is creating activities where families, and even children, can be involved.
Not as something formal, but simple moments where people can meet each other as parents, partners, and individuals regardless of their job titles.

What I appreciate most at Nova is the openness.
People communicate directly, trust each other, and give space to take initiative.

"לראות את הבן שלי במילואים, אחרי ששירת כחובש ב'נצח יהודה', זה לראות שילוב של ערכים, אמונה ואחריות כבדה.
התפקיד שלו דורש ממנו להיות שם בשביל אחרים ברגעים הלא פשוטים, ובתור אבא, הלב שלי מתרחב ומתכווץ בו זמנית.
לומדים לחיות עם הדואליות הזו: הגאווה הגדולה לצד דאגה שקטה שמלווה כל יום במשרד.

המפגש בנובה להוקרת ילדי העובדים המשרתים בכוחות הביטחון היה רגע של חסד עבורי.
זו הייתה הוקרה לילדים שלנו וגם הכרה במתח שאנחנו כהורים נמצאים בו.
זה משמח שיש מי שמבין שהעבודה שלנו היא לא רק השגת יעדים, אלא גם הלב שנמצא במקום אחר.

We skipped the formalities and got straight to the point in the Gachon University career day:
real-life insights into "Wise Nova Life" from those actually doing the work.

Hailey and Logan explained what a day looks like for our Apps and Field Service Engineers, covering everything from daily tasks to the skills you actually need to succeed.
Between the deep-dive Q&A sessions and a steady stream of Nova goodies for everyone who joined us, it was a productive day on campus.

Thanks to the Gachon students for the sharp questions and great energy.

הגשרים נבנים כמעט מעצמם כאשר משלבים מצוינות אקדמית עם תעשייה מובילה.
אירוע "גשרים של בינה" שיקף את השותפות המתמשכת בין נובה למכון בינה שבאוניברסיטת בר אילן, וחיבר באופן טבעי בין עולמות הקהילה והאקדמיה לכדי מהלך אחד רציף ומיוחד.

במסגרת האירוע הענקנו מלגות מחקר לשלוש דוקטורנטיות פורצות דרך - שרה מאיר, רעות פלן וספיר וייץ סובלמן.
בנוסף קיימנו שולחנות עגולים של שיח פתוח ומרתק עם סטודנטים וסטודנטיות.
את הדיונים הובילו אביאל עברי, אסף אילוביץ' ושירלי ברזין – חלקם בוגרי המכון שחזרו לביקור כעובדי נובה.
יחד הם שיתפו בגובה העיניים ובתשוקה רבה על הדרך מהאקדמיה אל התעשייה.
הסטודנטיות והסטודנטים נחשפו למגוון מסלולי הקריירה האפשריים עבורם, קיבלו הצצה לחיי היומיום בתפקידים משמעותיים ובעלי השפעה, ושמעו מקרוב מה נדרש כדי להשתלב ולהתפתח בתעשייה.

ההוכחה הכי טובה לאנרגיה שהמשיכה להדהד אחרי שהאירוע הסתיים הייתה הסטודנטיות שניגשו אלינו אחריו, מלאות התלהבות, ופשוט רצו לדעת איך גם הן יכולות להגיש מועמדות ולהצטרף לנובה.

"What stands out to me most working here, is the way conversations happen.
There is a real discussion. Brain storms are taking place in meetings and when challenges come up, people listen, ask questions, and think together about solutions.
That openness encourages you to speak up and approach things more creatively.

After working as an integration engineer, I was looking for better work-life balance and a broader perspective.
Here I found an environment that feels flexible, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive.
Learning here is a combination of formal onboarding process as well as hearing different experiences shared by senior colleagues, which helps everything click into place.

Outside of work, I enjoy slowing things down a bit, cooking at home with my girlfriend (especially experimenting with different soups), going to the gym, or playing basketball and badminton with friends.
That balance matters to me, and it’s something I’m able to maintain here.
