We are looking for a marketing manager to help us support FAASTR's growing brand, launch our MVPs, get feedback from our market and support our efforts to identify the coolest marketing challenges and connect the best freelance marketers to the task.
We are looking for a very passionate yet organized hands on marketer who loves content as much as engaging on social media and without leaving out measuring results.
- Literate with CRMs, automation platforms and listening tools.
- Young at heart and experienced at seeing projects through.
The work culture at FAASTR is developing and morphing.
We work out of the office about twice a week and measure intentions, persistency and outcomes
Why mostly? because error sometimes hurts immediate results but eventually drives growth
Your job will consist of:
- Orchestrating digital content strategy and creation across all online platforms
- Content creation: text and video creation marathons
- Managing editing and transcription of the content
- Independently creating part of the text and visual content based on our brand and messaging guidelines
- Publishing on all the outlets that serve us: web site, social media, email campaigns, discussion boards and sponsored media.
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
- Identifying groups and influencers that serve our customers and our values
- Maintaining ongoing engagements and identifying potential exposure opportunities
- Supporting discussions and decision making of our audience and referring to our content for in depth help
Managing: A content marketing budget.
Managing a team of writers, illustrators, and data analysts.
Leading weekly optimization meetings: measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
Implementing SEO best practices.
Content Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication Proven ability to create high engaging content on social media
- Time management and production skills
- Ability to recruit and lead a team of marketers and content creators as we grow.
- Experience with online community building.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with social media tools analytics.
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
