Don't you just hate it when the phrase "used car salesman" is thrown around in an effort to recognize a poor salesman behavior...
To be honest, there's some truth to why this happen, and it is time to change that...
Selling is not about pushing something down someone's throat. It's about solving peoples' problems and helping them get to a better place in life.
Car salesmanship is no different.
It's time to start caring about people. Help them get the car they need, not the one you need to sell.
