Does your brand have a trueline? It might just be the piece you’re missing in your marketing campaign 🧩
Rather than running the jackpot 🎰🎲 and hoping your consumers are saying the right thing about your brand - a trueline statement will pull your train back on the tracks of brand success.
Think about what real estate you own in your consumers heads… now go ask strangers to look at your brand and ask them what they see (if they say something in contrary to your goals) you’re going to need a Trueline statement STAT!
They serve many masters:
1: It’s the one thing about you that you want your audience to remember. (This is the real estate you want to own in their minds.)
2: It’s a strong internal reminder of what your brand should be focussed on (to make sure everything accurately doing its job.)
3: It’s a great internal tool for staff to shape their sales pitches around (or all of your marketing communications digitally or otherwise)
4: When reviewing your marketing, customers should be describing to you (your trueline) if they say something otherwise, your marketing needs to be adjusted. (So it’s great measuring stick!)
5: If you’re looking to develop this in consumers and you have a lot of touch-points, it’s worthy having a tagline that punches your message effectively into the market.
