Experience : 5+ years ( preferably facade experience) and for incharge 10+ years
Location: as per site location - Maharashtra/Guwahati
Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A

Roles & Responsibilities will include:
* Working under direction from façade package manager controlling on site façade construction works.
* Monitoring and controlling safety and quality and inspection
* Recording and monitoring façade progress, keep site diary.
* Developing alongside the façade package manager the façade monthly dashboard.
* Chairing weekly progress meetings with envelope contractors and monitoring daily activity briefings.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
