🌈 बिहार में होली की संस्कृति और उत्सव

बिहार में होली सिर्फ एक त्योहार नहीं, बल्कि परंपरा, लोक-संगीत और भाईचारे का महापर्व है। यहाँ की होली में रंग, उमंग और लोक संस्कृति की गहरी झलक देखने को मिलती है।

🎨 उत्सव और परंपराएँ

होलिका दहन के साथ उत्सव की शुरुआत होती है।

गाँवों और शहरों में फगुआ और जोगीरा गाए जाते हैं।

ढोलक, मंजीरा और हारमोनियम की धुन पर लोग नृत्य करते हैं।

एक-दूसरे को गुलाल लगाकर गले मिलते हैं।

बड़े-बुजुर्ग आशीर्वाद देते हैं और छोटे उनका सम्मान करते हैं।

🍽️ पारंपरिक व्यंजन

बिहार की होली स्वाद के बिना अधूरी है:
पुआ, पूरी, बचका, पकौड़ी, दही-बड़ा और ठंडाई विशेष रूप से बनाए जाते हैं।
