ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ/ਬੀਜਿੰਗ, 7 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2023 – ਇਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ, ਚੀਨ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਣਜਾਣ "ਜੰਗ" ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਖੁਫ਼ੀਆ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ, ਸੈਟੇਲਾਈਟ ਡਾਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ "ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਦੂਰ" ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੀਨੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਬੀਜਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੀਨੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਕੀਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ..! ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।” ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੌਕਾ ਲੱਭਦੇ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।”

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, "ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਦੂਰ" ਬਾਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਚੀਨ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੁਪਤ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਦਾ ਚੁੱਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਚੀਨੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ, ਚੀਨ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਰੀਅਲ-ਟਾਈਮ ਸੈਟੇਲਾਈਟ ਡਾਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਖੁਫ਼ੀਆ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ।
ਇਸ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਸਖਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ "ਗੈਰ-ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰਾਨਾ" ਅਤੇ "ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ" ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਚੀਨ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਕਬੂਲਨਾਮਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।”
**ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ:**

ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਚੀਨੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

Australia’s Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke has strongly defended migration, saying migrants are helping solve workforce shortages, grow the economy and support essential services across the country.

Speaking ahead of the federal election, Burke pushed back against claims that migrants are causing Australia’s major problems.

He said migration is playing a key role in filling shortages in sectors such as:

✅ Construction

Burke’s message was clear migrants are contributing to Australia’s future and should not be blamed for issues like housing pressure or rising living costs.
