Field Technical hardware Support Services on Basic Hardware problems for Authorised IT Service Center.

1. Troubleshooting on Desktop PC's/ Laptops Hardware
2 Basic troubleshooting/ tele support/ escalations for Desktops & Laptops.
3. Troubleshooting on basic network connectivity problems
4. Troubleshooting on desktop printing problems
5. Installations/ updation basic Microsoft packaged applications
6. Diagnosing and rectifying basic Microsoft OS problems
7. Indenting required spares from vendors and ensuring 100% follow up on the same
8. To provide / Maintain first-level inventory support to all desktops, laptops, printers.
9. Rebuilding OS through network predefined images for Desktops & Laptops on a regular /continuous basis
10. Maintain & monitor Antivirus updation.
11. MS Office product (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)

Job Description:

We are looking for Service Engineers who would be responsible for servicing HP products. Products include Laptops, Servers, Storage, Workstation, Printers, and Plotters.

Job Location: Belgaum

Minimum Qualification: Diploma/BCA with specialization in Electrical/Computers. 2 wheeler is mandatory.

Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

The job involves providing technical support to the customers for Office automation Products, and IT Products after-sales, service, repair, installation, and commissioning of printers and Technical plotters
Ensuring that customer requests are closed efficiently
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
The job involves traveling, the candidate with their own conveyance will be required.

1+ years experience in PHP with Codeigniter or Laravel Framework

Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards

Experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and API's, and PHP web frameworks (E.g. bootstrap)

Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is needed to be successful in this position.

Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases and their declarative query languages

A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.

Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

Understanding of internet security, including knowledge of SSL, certificates and keys

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git & Github
