The biggest shift in PPC isn’t that AI can bid for you.
It’s that the quality of your decisions now matters more than the speed of ex*****on.
Smart bidding can adjust bids. Performance Max can distribute spend. AI can analyze signals at scale.
But it still can’t answer:
Are you feeding it the right data?
Are your conversion signals meaningful?
Are your assets strong enough?
Do you know when it’s optimizing the wrong thing?
As ex*****on becomes more automated, strategy becomes the differentiator.
The future of PPC won’t belong to marketers who simply use AI.
It’ll belong to those who know how to direct it.
At BolsterBiz, we help ecommerce brands manage PPC with the right mix of strategy, data, and automation.
Turn automation into better performance.

Every few months, someone claims "this changes everything." Usually, it doesn't.
This time, even seems nervous about what they built.
is the first model in company history to cross their own internal "Critical" risk line. They shipped it anyway.
That's either a massive leap of confidence, or a warning sign dressed up as a launch.
Which one do you think it is?

Most brands scale support by just hiring more people when volume spikes.

FightCamp took a different approach.

Instead of reacting after the surge hit, they got ahead of it. Recruitment started early. Agents were trained and confident before peak season even began.

That's where BolsterBiz came in. Rather than throwing untrained reps at a growing ticket queue, BolsterBiz built a team that could actually handle the load, agents who were experienced, well-prepared, and cost-efficient without cutting corners on service. The result wasn't just more hands on deck. It was consistent, reliable support even when demand tripled.

That shift in approach is exactly what turned a seasonal support crunch into one of FightCamp's strongest quarters for customer satisfaction.

Read the full case study, link in comments.

What's your team's strategy for handling seasonal spikes without burning out your support staff?

Starting outsourcing from scratch? Do these 3 things differently.

Fix the process before you hand it off. Broken stays broken — someone else can't fix what you haven't.
Define success before day one. No KPIs, no benchmarks means your team is guessing. Don't get frustrated when they guess wrong.
Never pick the lowest quote. It costs more later in rework, missed deadlines, and 2am fixes.

Outsourcing isn't a shortcut. Treat it like a hire, not a transaction.

At BolsterBiz, we set clear expectations upfront, review processes before scaling, and build partnerships on fit, not price.

Employees: Understood the assignment. :saluting_face::joy:
Sometimes you don’t need better communication.
You just need to follow instructions… aggressively.

Some founders see the big picture.

Sanju sees the big picture… and the one tiny detail you missed.

He’s pessimistic about the risks, strict about the standards, and incredibly supportive of the people behind the work.

That balance has helped shape how we work, grow, and build BolsterBiz.

Happy Birthday, Sanju! Here’s to another year of building, challenging, and making things happen.

Not within a week. Within a day.
That's how fast 76% of people act after a "near me" search on their phone, they visit a business within 24 hours.
That's not a marketing funnel. That's someone standing outside deciding where to walk in.
If your business isn't showing up in that moment, you're not losing a future customer. You're losing one who was already walking toward you.
Local SEO isn't a nice-to-have anymore. It's the difference between being the answer and being invisible.
We put together a checklist for small businesses heading into 2026, covering what actually moves the needle (Google Business Profile, reviews, local citations, and more).

What's one local SEO tactic that's worked surprisingly well for your business?

Mental breakdown? Check.
Tissue box? Check.
Reply time to "any update?", under 60 seconds. Check.
This is what HR resilience actually looks like. Not the LinkedIn-post kind. The real kind. Ask Geeta, she'll confirm
Tag an HR who's mastered the art of replying calm while falling apart.

Thrilled to feature Augie Ray in our newest BolsterBiz Expert Insights!
Augie is a former VP Analyst at Gartner, where he led the firm's CX research agenda for marketers. Before that, he held CX and VoC leadership roles at American Express, USAA, and Prudential.
In this conversation, Augie breaks down:
→ Why CX is a discipline, not a framework
→ How to build a VoC program that goes beyond NPS and CSAT
→ Where AI genuinely helps CX, and where it quietly erodes trust
→ What should (and shouldn't) be outsourced in a hybrid CX model
His question for every leader scaling AI in CX: are you using it to know your customers better, or to reduce the cost of knowing them?
Thank you, Augie, for sharing your experience and perspective with us. It's a conversation every CX and business leader should read.
Full interview link in comments.
What's your take: is AI making CX teams know customers better, or just cheaper? Drop your thoughts below.
