• Water 4 cups
• Ginger (peeled in sliced) a small 2 inch pieces.
• Lemon 1
• Honey 1tsp
Boiled the water add ginger to the hot water and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and add lemon juice. Strain, add honey as per taste, mix well.
Flax seeds podi spicy powder:-
Ingredients:
I) Peanuts - 2 tspn
II) Flax seeds - 4 tspn
III) Cumin - 1 tspn
IIII) Garlic - 4 cloves
V) Salt - as per taste
VI) Dry red chilly - 4
Dry roast all ingredients, grind them all together , have it with a drop of pure ghee or just as it is.
