This is what "before the experience" actually looks like. 🛠️

Wooden crates. Power tools. A crew in hi-vis vests working shoulder to shoulder before a single visitor walks through the door. No filters, no polish — just the real work that happens hours (sometimes days) before an exhibition hall opens.

Then the lights come up, the aisles clear, and ex*****on is complete. That transformation — from raw build to ready venue — is the part of event operations most people never see. We think it's the most important part.

August was a month of contrasts — and we loved every bit of it. 🎨

From building a massive tented arena for the Har Ghar Tiranga Bike Rally at Pragati Maidan (red carpet, 1000+ seats, patriotic energy in every corner) to creating a serene, art-first environment for the 65th National Exhibition of Art at Lalit Kala Akademi's Ravindra Bhawan — two projects, two completely different moods, one team behind both.

That's the part people don't see: the same DOPS crew that builds a stage for a national bike rally also drapes flowing fabric canopies for a fine arts exhibition. Different briefs, same discipline.

Curtains up on India's finest contemporary art. 🎨

On 21st August 2026, DOPS Event Operations LLP delivered the opening ceremony of the 65th National Exhibition of Art, organised by the Lalit Kala Akademi, in New Delhi.

From the clear-span pavilion structure and layered lighting design to the red-carpet guest flow and live musical performance that set the tone for the evening, every element was engineered to match the gravity of a national cultural institution honouring decades of artistic excellence.

Delivering government and cultural events comes with its own precision — protocol-sensitive ex*****on, VIP flow, and zero room for error on inauguration day. Our operations team managed exactly that.
