Today impacttX turns 3 - and we’re celebrating together. 🎉
I left a comfortable corporate life because I didn’t want to reach my sixties and realize I had been building someone else’s dream. That night I sat in my den, LinkedIn & X bookmarked with hundreds of ideas and a tiny spreadsheet for a business plan. I told my partner. Before doubt could creep in, I registered the company - and that little step became our promise: we’d do things differently.
We hire for integrity (including from tier-3/4 towns), build a team that feels like family, and treat the businesses we work with as partners - because their growth is our growth; their loss is our loss.
Our approach is simple: reliable, maintainable tech + ROI-first marketing. Tech without marketing is invisible; marketing without reliable tech is unsustainable - so we build both and connect them. We take the time to do real engineering, proper instrumentation and measured marketing - not quick hacks.
So far, we’ve helped 20 partners grow their bottom line and consistently delivered 4-5x ROAS on performance campaigns. This year we’ve hired a social team and set the processes to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
