TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3 to 8 years of relevant work experience as front-end engineer
Understanding of key design principles
Best-in-class knowledge of HTML5 and CSS & JavaScript and jQuery
Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system
Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular
Excellent Front End Web Design skills
Able to communicate clearly with HQ in English (written and spoken)
Proven ability to write structured, markup compliant and well documented code
Functional knowledge of MVC frameworks
Demonstrated track record in producing fully responsive html templates (CSS Media Queries a plus)
Certified or Knowledgeable in the field of Accessibility (WCAG) & best practices
Experience in mobile design & UX
Basic understanding of backend development (Java/DB)
Understanding of server-side CSS
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an institute preferred (BE/ B. Tech)
Master's degree in a related field is a plus
6-8 years of experience in IT/ software engineering with in-depth experience/ certification in at least one focus technology
Expertise in translating architecture views into design specifications
Proficient and experienced in engineering discipline, design technology components, full stack development, continuous development
Experience of working in distributed agile scrum teams spread across multiple geo's
Adjusts approach to mitigate risks & ensure high quality results
Problem solving through the use of creative technology
Ability to work within an international environment
Skilled in defining consistent UI and customer experiences across all devices & screens
Ability to work in a guided environment
Ability to work on big concepts and also small tactical enhancements in a structured manner
Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
Confidence, to present and explain ideas to colleagues in a clear & articulated manner
Understands how to convert wireframes into pixel perfect HTML
Should have experience in mentoring a team
Takes an active role in efforts asked by peers
Education
UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Computers / Any Specialization
PG : Post Graduation is plus
