So yesterday I went to the Hoshi Matsuri event held by .festivals at .hyd .

Took pics with the cosplayers that stood out to me ( , .adnan , and two others I don't have the accounts of).

Tried sushi for the first time in my life. Tempura Prawns Sushi. Made the mistake of taking a bite out of the wasabi served with it. Sushi overall, loved it.

Got a vintage photo taken of mine, and even had a VR experience of a Japanese game.

The ambience was lovely. Music was perfect.

There was a cosplayers' rampwalk which was fun to see too.

Even watched a screening of 's Baan. Was completely invested. Was a nice note to wrap up the evening on for me.

Wish I could see the red lantern actually take off in the sky, but wasn't so lucky.

Not a Buddhist/Shinto festival in any sense, but well it was for anime & Japan fans... and it did its job quite well.

So today I attended this AI ads-focused workshop by , led by .

It was incredibly helpful.

We were taken through the mindset and approach for creating advertisements before any AI tools were even touched upon.

I was really searching for a course that did that. Was glad when I found that here.

Tools were taken through too (Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Epidemic, ChatGPT), and the process to apply was taught as well.

But the best part of course is the creating.

In the carousel you see the 2 video clips I made (meant to be part of a slightly longer ad), a Storyboard for said ad, a static ad as well and all the images I generated.

Overall, I feel quite fulfilled by this workshop.

First off, here's the prompt I used:

Tried my hand at Google Flow after watching a YouTube video on different cinematography shots. It had 12 shots.

I used 4.

The Establishing Shot, The High Angle Shot, The Extreme Closeup & the POV.

The second one didn't really come up right. But I guess that just means I should have added a line doing a panning shot of the park in the prompt.

Also it messed up on the portrait at the funeral.

Didn't use the kid pic I gave because of restrictions.

But regardless, this should help me further hone my skills.

Meta AI's video generation is seriously slept upon.

I mean sure it's inconsistent and unreliable, but it is helpful to practice video ai prompts for free.

And the results are semi decent like this one.

I tweaked it a little bit but here's the original prompt:
