Brownies, chocolates and milkshakes — think diabetics need to avoid such foods? Diagnosed with diabetes at 15, Mumbai’s Harsh Kedia is changing this mindset and making a neat profit while doing it!

Small Kid and Big vision, who can stop him not even Diabetes. The multi-talented Harsh is an author (Journal of a Serial Entrepreneur, a book on branding and entrepreneurship), a digital marketer and an entrepreneur with his own gender-fluid clothing line. However, out of all the feathers in his cap, the one that changed his perspective towards life in general, was turning into a self-taught pastry chef cooking up guilt-free desserts for people living diabetes.

Mumbai: Eight years as a diabetic, Harsh Kedia shares his many learnings and unlearnings to living a happy, healthy life.

Mental health is a major concern worldwide and India is not far behind in sharing this. World Health Organization (WHO), had presciently declared that “without mental health there can be no true physical health.”

Some findings reinforce the need to increase awareness of mental health specially in this tough time of epidemic .

Hence SS IMEX held session for team on Mental health awareness which have yielded positive outcomes.And we discussed and understood about Mental Health and illness and how to help self and others to come out of it.

SS team are gear oneself up to spread mental health awareness whenever or wherever it required.

Congratulations Anchal Gangwal for commissioning into Indian Air force . You deserve astounding appreciation for your hard effort. Your dedication and determination towards your goal are very inspiring .

Anchal Gangwal was commissioned into the Indian Air Force (IAF) a few days ago, but it was not an easy journey for her as sometimes her father did not even have the money to pay for her education fees.

She was a bright student and also a basketball player. She first wished to join the Air Force after seeing the IAF personnel helping people during the Kedarnath tragedy. And, now her dream has come true," the proud father said.

Obstacles cannot stop a person from realising dreams if one has the determination, and this has been proved by 24-year-old Anchal Gangwal, a tea seller's daughter who recently joined the Indian Air Force as Flying Officer.
