Your dashboard says everything is fine. Higher sales, lower ACoS, more orders, bigger budgets. Looks like a win, right?

But zoom out and check your actual bank account. If margin is shrinking, weak listings never got fixed, and organic never really compounded, those “good” metrics were just noise.
