The entire Meta Ads game is about testing

This is the biggest lesson from my journey so far 👇

Most people fail at Meta Ads not because ads don’t work,
but because they repeat old strategies without questioning them

Same structure
Same targeting
Same thinking

And they expect different results

What I’ve noticed recently is interesting 👇

Even Meta itself is saying this clearly now

Focus more on creative testing
Targeting still works
But its importance is slowly reducing

In my experience, this is the right approach

Start with targeting
Understand your audience

Then gradually move towards broad campaigns

Every time I’ve successfully scaled a product,
one thing was always common

I had already done a lot of testing

But testing doesn’t mean
• Creating too many campaigns
• Turning campaigns ON and OFF every day
• Launching a new campaign for every idea

That only breaks the system

The simpler your campaign structure,
the better your results

Complexity kills performance

Where you should go deep 👇

Creatives and audience understanding
That’s where most testing should happen

Another mistake I see very often 👇

People focus on lead quantity, not lead quality

This is a bad idea

One high-quality lead with higher cost
is usually better than spending money on many poor-quality leads

If you calculate properly,
low-quality leads waste more money in the long run

For 2026, my strategy is very clear

• Test different angles, not random ideas
• Go deeper into content creation
• Understand what people actually like on social media
• Build creatives around human behavior, not hacks

The better you understand content,
the easier scaling becomes

Ads will keep changing
Algorithms will keep updating

But testing, clarity, and simplicity
will always work

Around 10 days ago, I uploaded a new podcast

Today, it has already crossed 10,000+ views 👇

and is still getting regular views

I restarted a YouTube channel that was inactive for almost one year

No uploads
No podcasts
Nothing

Let me be very clear 👇

I’m not sharing any tricks or hacks here

Because the more I understand YouTube,
the more I realize one thing

The more you experiment, the more results you get
The real reason I started this podcast back then
was not views or growth

It was real connections

Instead of attending startup events and exchanging visiting cards,
I wanted to sit with people for 2–3 hours,
talk to them, understand them,
and build connections they actually remember

That’s why I started the podcast

I worked on it seriously for almost a year

Then I stopped

Not because results stopped

In fact, my third episode crossed 150,000 views,
which is very good for a new podcast channel
The real reason I stopped was consistency

At one point, I had
• 8–10 podcasts already recorded
• Edited
• Scheduled

But over time, I slowed down

Here’s what I learned 👇

When you keep working on something regularly,
results come automatically
And while being consistent

you naturally start experimenting
• What works
• What doesn’t
• What can be improved

But the most important thing is showing up

In 2026, I took a simple challenge for myself
• YouTube → 1 podcast every month
• LinkedIn → posting regularly (almost daily now)
• X (Twitter) → daily posts
• Instagram → daily reels and posts
• Personal brand → sharing real stories

Slowly, things are changing
Instagram has started building a small base

X has started giving meaningful interactions
(especially because the app-building community is active there)
And LinkedIn consistency has changed my clarity

One simple truth I’ve understood

Instead of overthinking
“Will this work or not?”
Just do the work.
Experiment while doing it.

Change things along the way
Something will work

And once something starts working,
consistency makes it last

But the moment you stop working,
results stop too

The most important thing is simple
Keep working

One single ad creative can double or even triple your business

I’ve seen this happen in my own business 👇

Let me explain how I plan and scale video ad creatives

I run ads across platforms like

• Meta (Instagram / Facebook)
• Google

My core expertise is video ad creatives, not static ads
Over time, I’ve realized that ad success is not about hacks

It’s about structure

When I start any campaign, I follow a simple customer journey

Awareness → Interest → Offer → Conversion
But the way I use this is slightly different

Awareness Stage (Long-form ads work)

Most people say long ads don’t work

I disagree
I create 3–4 minute video ads at the awareness stage

In one single ad creative, I clearly show

• The offer
• What the product is
• How it works
• A full demo (especially if it’s an app)
• The exact problem it solves

I don’t hide anything

I then create multiple variations of this same ad

Interest Stage (Answer their questions)

At this stage, I focus on comparison and clarity

The hook often includes
• A competitor name
• Or a direct comparison

This instantly stops the scroll

Then I prepare different ad creatives around common questions, like

• How will this save me time and money?
• Is this useful for me at an early stage?
• Should I buy this now or later?

Each question gets its own ad creative

Offer Stage (Bonuses + urgency)

Before launching, I shoot a lot of content in advance

At the offer stage

• First, I directly pitch the offer
• Then I add bonuses

I usually fix 4–5 bonuses that come with the product

But in ads, I highlight one bonus at a time

Product + Bonus 1
Product + Bonus 2
Product + Bonus 3

Same product
Different angles

For urgency, I keep it simple

“Offer valid only for this month”

From my experience, one ad creative works best for about a month

After that
• Either I tweak it
• Or I add a new winning creative

That keeps sales consistent

Campaign Structure (Testing vs Scaling)

I always run two types of campaigns

Testing Campaign
• 3–4 ad creatives
• Same stage (awareness / interest / offer)
• Different variations

Meta quickly shows which ads deserve more spend

From testing, I usually get
• One ad creative that can scale
• One ad creative that works profitably on low budget

I move both into my main campaign

Main Campaign
• Broad targeting
• No overthinking
• Only proven creatives

For targeting tests
• I test one targeting with 4 creatives
• Then another targeting with 4 creatives
• Whatever works best, I push it into broad

That’s it

No complicated funnels
No fancy hacks

Just
• Clear messaging
• Structured creatives
• Relentless testing

That’s my entire ad creative system

There are a few simple changes that can increase your conversion rate a lot

I learned this while selling my apps 👇

Let me explain

When I launched my first app,
I noticed one important thing

In the early stage, most apps are not ready for subscriptions

You don’t fully know

• Where the bugs are
• How users behave
• What needs improvement

That’s why I personally prefer starting with a
one-time payment (lifetime deal)

instead of a monthly subscription

The goal is simple
• Get users faster
• Collect feedback
• Improve the product

If you push subscriptions too early
and users face issues, two problems happen

• Refund rate increases
• Feedback loop breaks

That’s risky

So I launch with a lifetime deal first
Once the product becomes stable

and most major bugs are fixed,
only then do I move towards subscriptions

But here’s the real challenge 👇

Lifetime deals often struggle with front-end profitability

So how do you fix that?

I use two simple strategies

1. OTO (One-Time Offer)
After the main product purchase,
I offer the same customer an additional product or upgrade

This helps increase total order value
without extra traffic

2. Bump Offer
Along with the main product (X),
I suggest a related add-on (Y) during checkout

Not everyone buys it
But a small percentage does

And that’s enough to make the front-end profitable
X + Y = better margins

I consistently use

• Lifetime deals (early stage)
• OTOs
• Bump offers

These small tweaks have helped me

• Improve conversions
• Increase revenue per user
• Build better products

No fancy hacks

Just understanding how users actually buy

If you are serious about investing

this website is a goldmine 👇

Recently, I discovered a website called Warren Buffett CNBC Archive

If you are into
• Investing
• Equity research
• Long-term thinking

this site is worth bookmarking

Here’s why 👇

This website has almost everything ever said by
Warren Buffett
(and also Charlie Munger)

The best feature?

A search bar

You can type any keyword
for example: crypto

If Warren Buffett or Charlie Munger has ever spoken about crypto
in any interview,
you’ll find it there

No guessing
No short clips
No noise

Just their exact words

You can
• Watch old CNBC interviews
• Read what Buffett said in different years
• Track how his thinking evolved
• See when he bought or sold certain stocks
• Understand his logic behind decisions

This is extremely useful if you want to
• Study investor psychology
• Do serious equity research
• Learn long-term decision making

Instead of consuming random investing content,
studying original sources like this changes how you think

Highly recommended

If you’re into investing,
definitely check it out

My Meta Ads results dropped by 90% for almost two months

Here’s what changed and what finally worked 👇

I build apps and sell them using
• Meta Ads
• Organic marketing

But recently, Meta Ads went through a major shift

For nearly 2 months, our results were down by almost 90%

At the start of 2025, I noticed a clear pattern
Ads were getting fatigued much faster
Outbound clicks started dropping

A single creative would stop performing in 7–10 days

I started digging deeper

After research across
• X
• YouTube
• Reddit

I realized this was linked to the Andromeda update
I also spoke to many agency owners

Almost everyone was facing the same issue

So I did the only thing that actually helps in situations like this 👇

I started experimenting

I tested
• Different campaign structures
• One-campaign methods
• AI-generated ads
• UGC-style creatives

Still, there was a phase where ads performed really badly
Those 2 months were painful

But experiments gave clarity

Here’s what finally worked for me 👇

I created one dedicated campaign only to find winning creatives

For every new creative, I
• Tested 3 ad variants
• Changed headline, primary text, and CTA

If a creative got 20 sales at my target CPA,
I moved that ad into my main scaling campaign

I repeat this process every 7 days

No fancy hacks
No shortcuts
Simple process
Clear rules

And most importantly it works for me

Meta Ads keep changing

The only real edge is
Test fast
Kill what doesn’t work
Scale what does
