Recruitment & Joining Process
Adar Services is engaged in Website Design, Health & Beauty Care Products, Agriculture Products Supply, Marketing, and related business services.

We are currently hiring candidates for the position of Office Assistant at our office. This is a professional office-based role with no sales target or field pressure. Candidates will work in a professional environment under company guidelines and team management.
Recruitment & Selection Process
1. Candidates are required to submit their CV/Resume for the initial application process.
2. After resume verification, shortlisted candidates will receive a call from our official team. All job-related details, responsibilities, salary structure, and company policies will be properly explained.
3. Candidates will then be invited for an interview, either:
- At our office location, or
- Through an online interview process.
4. After successful selection, candidates will receive an official Joining Letter from the company.
5. At the time of joining, candidates must submit all required documents along with the applicable Security Deposit amount of ₹3,00,000 as per company policy and agreement terms.
(Note- When you leave the job, your security deposit will be fully refunded.)
6. After completion of the joining formalities, the following processes will be completed:
- Payment Agreement
- PF Account Creation
- Salary Account Setup
- Employee ID Card Issuance
- HR & Documentation Process
7. Once all formalities are completed, the candidate’s employment and office work will officially begin.
