Position: Telemarketing Specialist

Location: Delhi, India
Digital Ads India is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. Additionally, you will handle incoming calls, provide detailed product information, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Digital Ads India's products and services.
Generate and qualify leads to expand our customer base.
Handle incoming calls from customers, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our offerings.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer outreach.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
