This role offers an excellent opportunity to translate user needs into design solutions.

Responsibilities as a UX DesignerWe are looking for a passionate user experience designer to join our team in Mumbai focusing on the following tasks:· Contribute to the success of our customers by supporting our team to design the experience for existing and new products for digibank app· Apply Design Thinking and Lean UX principles by participating in customer centric validation sessions to understand user needs to translate them into design· Collaborate with cross functional teams and customers to translate user needs into intuitive user experiences· Develop workflows, user task analysis, interaction flows, wireframes, low fidelity mock-ups, navigational flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.· Prototyping: a clickable, end-to-end journey of the mockups, that allows users to test the experience of moving between screens· Creating High-fidelity mockups: detailed and polished screen designs that show exactly how the app or website will look in use

Minimum Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in user interface design, interaction design, human computer interaction or related field· Experience/proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision or Adobe XD to create software interface prototypes· Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies - e.g. workshop facilitation, validation sessions, iterative design process· Fluency in English and Hindi required to interact/understand user needs
