Ahead of the Ladakh Marathon, PUMA India brought its Deviate Nitro running shoes into a 600-year-old monastery, surrounded by Buddhist monks and centuries-old traditions.

The contrast is impossible to miss — performance, movement and speed set against stillness, mindfulness and tradition.

But that’s what makes the campaign so interesting.

Because running and meditation might seem like opposites, but both demand focus, discipline and being completely present in the moment.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes, moving forward starts with finding stillness within.
