Is there anything more frustrating than an AI agent stuck in an "Infinite Loop"?

If you've tried running tools like Claude Code or Cline through Ollama, you know the struggle: the AI just keeps listing the same folder over and over. I finally got fed up and decided to fix it.

🚨 THE INTERNET ALMOST BROKE AND WE BARELY NOTICED. 🚨

Ever wonder how fragile the digital world actually is? This week, I’ve been diving into the XZ Utils backdoor, and honestly? It’s the plot of a high-stakes tech thriller. 😱

Here’s the "TL;DR" on how a single volunteer almost handed the "Master Key" to millions of computers to a mysterious hacker.

🕵️‍♂️ The Three-Year "Long Con"
This wasn't a quick hack. A user named "Jia Tan" spent THREE YEARS pretending to be a helpful developer. They built trust, fixed bugs, and slowly climbed the ladder.

They even used "sockpuppet" accounts (fake identities) to bully the original, overworked developer into giving them control. Once they had the keys to the kingdom, they planted a hidden backdoor.

🔑 The "Master Key"
If this hadn't been caught, the attackers would have had a secret way to log into almost any Linux server in the world (the stuff that runs banks, hospitals, and power grids) with full admin access. No password needed. No traces left behind.

⏱️ Saved by 0.5 Seconds
We didn't catch this with a fancy AI or a billion-dollar security firm. We caught it because a Microsoft engineer named Andres Freund noticed his computer was lagging by half a second. He got curious, started digging into those 500 milliseconds, and found a monster hiding in the code. He literally saved the internet on his lunch break. 🥪💻

This isn't just about "nerdy code." It proves two scary things:

DDOS attack on Pak,
2 recent incidents!👇
1️⃣Attack on 14th AUGUST (Independence day) ws called NATIONAL CRISIS, when hacker’s attacked Pak’ LARGEST DATA centre run by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) & managed to break into hyper-V software ( ). With the attack on their INDEPENDENCE DAY, hackers managed to get info of trillions of rupees transactions, details of wealth/income/ expenditures of citizens.
2️⃣Then this happened y’day.👇
Another DDOS attack of ehich they were warned in August.
Apparently internet in Pak will remain slow.
